There is a strong relationship between good teaching and good management. Teacher plays an important role in classroom management skills. As teacher setting up an educational foundation for young students, with observing and learning teacher as well provide the fundamental rules along with guidelines for behavioral as well as for health practices. In order to make the more effective classroom management system most of the teacher use certain number of acronym in their classroom for example being a teacher I create CHARM.

Creative, Homework, Attitude, Respect and Management) I selected CHARM because being a teacher I want to build the trait in my all students that is creativeness, it is an important trait by creative thinking my students will become the creative adult in their prospect life. H stands for homework; by giving the homework to students we can make the young students more responsible and organized. A stands for attitude: it is the personal character traits lead to achievement of goals and success. By generating this trait in children we can create the awareness in children regarding gender, so this will help the children in recognizing their identity. Teacher should try to create positive attitude in their young students. R stands for respect, this is also very important trait teacher should tell their student about how we give respect to our elders by showing some activities or cartoons that must be on about respect. Enforcing the rules from the very first day of class, and never changeable from the recognized set of rules, is the first method to get respect from students. M stands for management, it has been seen that good classroom management means the set regulations that need to be in place for everyone, in order to make the students more organized or manage, and firstly teacher should make their classroom system more systematic. Teacher also can’t slack off if they are having a poor management system ultimately it lets students down completely....
