Application form completed truthfully in English or

German in print and signed by the applicant in both

required boxes. (Applications of minors have to be signed

by their legal guardian).

一张用大写字母填写的申请表，申请表必须完整、如实填

写，申请者本人在两处指定的位置签名，（未成年人则必

须加上法定监护人的签字）。

2 recent passport photographs (colour, 3,5 x 4,5 cm, light

background), complying with ICAO guidelines.

Signed passport, valid at least 90 days longer than the

period of validity of the requested visa, including a copy of

first+last page, and a copy of all used pages. Minors need

to submit a copy of their legal guardian's passport as well.

在末页由申请人签字的护照，首尾页的复印件以及使用

过所有页的复印，签证到期后护照有效期至少为90 天。

未成年申请者需要提供法定监护人的护照复印件。

Applicants who do not possess sufficient funds require an

electronic letter of guarantee (EVE) which can be

requested by the sponsor of the visit from the local police

authority in Austria which will verify the data and forward

the letter directly to the Embassy or Consulate where the

application will be lodged. There is no charge for this

letter of guarantee. A letter of guarantee will replace all

other proof regarding the financial situation of the

sponsor of the visit.

申请人在不能证明足够的个人资产时，需要有（奥地利邀

请方的）电子担保函（ EVE），奥地利邀请方只需在其居住

地的外事警察局在担保函上签字，邀请人的信息经过该外

事警察局核实之后转寄给受理申请人签证的奥地利驻外使

领馆。电子担保函无需交费。提交电子担保函替代所有其

他关于邀请人的经济状况证明。
