Riordan Manufacturing has requested through the human resources product manager a petition, SR-rm-022 requesting to integrate the present array of human resources tools within a definite assimilated application. Significant stakeholders will be acknowledged along with the capacity and achievability within this project. This initial section will illustrate the techniques that will apply to gather information and design methods that will be relevant for the service request, SR-rm-022.

The Chief of Operations is Hugh McCauley, intends to integrate the existing diversity of human resources tools within an individual application for each of the factory locations, (University of Phoenix, 2012). Riordan Manufacturing wants to establish an advanced information systems within the department of Human resources. The department of information technology will allocate the conditions for improving the current system that will reinforce the goal of the proposal. Generate a thorough system design and implement a strategic plan that will ensure the completion of the project. The estimation of the completion is projected at six months that will allow the new system to be online during the second quarter of the following year.

In determining a precise calculation that will require with the new HR system, will be necessary to include important stakeholders, within the organization, in the procedure of decision making. Important figures relevant within this procedure includes the following:

* CEO-Dr. Michael Riordan, is the individual who is responsible in creating corporate strategies. Riordan is predominantly interested with the operations within the company along with the assistance provided to the consumers and personnel.
