1.0 – Introduction

The purpose of this portfolio is to analyse my intrapersonal and interpersonal effectiveness, whilst also identifying the areas which can be improved upon in a professional context and/or organizational setting. It shall be seen that this analysis has been split into three prominent segments; the first being solely focussed on intrapersonal effectiveness, particularly relating to my results from Jackson’s Learning Styles Profiler, and the second section will discuss the influential factors of my interpersonal effectiveness in the workplace. The final segment will be tying these two analyses in together whilst also analysing areas for professional development in an organisational context.

All three sections will take into account many key aspects and concepts that are crucial to an organisational setting, including social awareness and cultural diversity.
