Purpose of Proposal

New Companywide Compliance System and Policies Management Training

Project Description

Due to the implementation of new technology, a new companywide compliance system is needed for Chaser Staffing, LLC. In addition to the new compliance system, new compliance policies will be introduced. All managers from across the country will be required to attend a 10 hour training meeting. Managers will be required to perform their jobs as well as training subordinates at their location perform their jobs to standards.

Project Stakeholders

The Management Training project involves many individuals directly and indirectly. The main stakeholders of the project include all of the managers at each branch location across the country. The managers will be directly involved as they will be the ones attending the training. Indirectly affected will be the employees at the branch locations across the country. The training the managers receive will be introduced to these employees at their specific locations. The CEO of Chaser Staffing, LLC will be indirectly affected by the project. Feedback to the CEO to evaluate the training is required and will affect the projects training in the future.

Objectives and Outcomes

The management training project will include the training and information that is required for all managers to effectively and efficiently run and operate the new compliance system according to the new policies. The duration of the training session will be 10 hours and will be hands-on training learning the new compliance system. The training will avoid any questions or confusions as to the proper use and functions of the new system. Managers will receive printed detailed information on the new compliance policies.
