No pain No gain

I used to feel very disappointed in my life. I have a strong curiosity about the things I didn’t know and I’d like to learn about them. However, when I knew the general idea of something, the curiosity will go away. I learned many things when I was child, but I always got bad results. I realized the reason that I didn’t get any results is I was a little lazy and lack of perseverance, but I still gave up half way on many things. Things changed after I learned how to play the piano. I believe that my efforts would go proportionately to the rewards after this thing.

I always changed my attention because my interest changed very often. I was interested in learning the painting today but I would be the interested in learning the Calligraphy next time. My parents used to have high hopes for me, but I always made them feel disappointed. When I was a child, I didn’t realize it and I still keep doing that. When I wanted to learn something new, my parents will still support me. They will support the money and help me to find good teachers. If compare me to an investment, I would say I was a trash stock.

I learned many things when I was child, like traditional Chinese painting, chorus and Calligraphy, etc. Many of them I just learned a little and when the interests went away, I would focus on other things. Among the things I learned before, learning how to play the piano is what I consider the more successful one. The experience of learning the piano gave me a lot of inspiration. The first time when I have the contact with piano is my fifth grade. That was a cool evening in fall, I was took a walk with my mother. Suddenly, I found out there was a musical instrument store on the road. I went in the tried to play the piano in the store, but I didn’t know anything about it.
