An Organizations thrives off the capabilities and performance of their employees. Experience, skills, innovation, and insight is the only thing vital and valuable an enterprise has. (Edvisson, 2002). Whether or not an organization can recognize a formal name, human resource management is the administrative who does the hiring as well as training their employees to become a valuable asset to their establishment or organization (Business Dictionary, n.d.).

What is human resource management?

Human resource management is a broad spectrum of special formalities within an organization. Some formalities may consist of recruiting, payroll, policy, training, development, and some performance management (Mazurek, n.d.) depending on the size of the organization. For example: each specialty can be handle by an individual department or an individual person. Human resource management goal is to make sure all the right people are working in all the right places to accomplish the goal the organization has set forth.

What are the primary function of human resource management?

Human resource management analyzes and evaluate their primary mission; upon completion of their observation; the organization ask what talent can be used to meet their mission statement and what areas are in-need for improving. Recruiting, payroll, training, developing, ensuring compliance, creating and building a safe environment are some of human resource management major functions (Mazurek, n.d.). Companies are built upon the qualities and strength of their employees and the eccentrics of recruiting. Human resource responsibilities are recruiting and retaining gifted and talented employees.
