Introduction

Organizational culture strongly and depth influences on workplace and working environment at present. An organization is defined by its beliefs, such as values, behavior, thoughts and expectations, as Helm presented “ Culture is usually measured as a set of shared symbols, values, and artifacts across an organization.” (Helm, 2001). Beliefs, values, behavior, thoughts and expectations can influence and determine the staff how to communicate with others in the organization, if they are correctly convey. In behavior, emergency organizational culture can be defined simply as a group of steel for the organizational members share a common knowledge. Over the years, organizational culture has been the subject of study from the psychological and social research in many disciplines.

The rapidly changing business environment requires enterprises in constant change. In all areas of business activities which are currently true. Rapidly changing becomes an even greater challenge. The formation of organized into a new structure or changing business strategy is not easy to happen. It also need to change the basic values. Other people will continue in the same way than they used to. Changing is not only a system and a new method, but also it needs in the basic assumptions and the change of values. Enhancer changing, one must know about the present value. Some research attempts to explain the success of the success in organization. Elements like competition, monopoly or high market share has been proven in practice can not well explain the success. The basic assumptions and value, as an organizational culture, has been proved to be the most important factor in competitive.

In this article, the organization culture will be discussed between Hewlett-Packard and Xerox.
