Dell Inc., which is based and hosted in Round Rock Texas, is an information technology company that designs, develops, manufactures and distributes computer systems for large enterprises, the public sector, small and medium businesses, and consumers. Through its subsidiaries Dell Inc. is able to offer their customers a range of solutions and services delivered directly and through other distributors. They are able to offer desktops, notebooks, tablets, software, network switches, servers, data storage, and computer peripherals. They also offer other brand items to customers such as printers, keyboards and mice, audio systems, televisions, cameras, and mobile devices, just to name a few. Their main focus is to offer end-to-end technology solutions. They offer their customers to build their own computers by selecting each component they want from software to hardware and add on items like speakers, keyboards, and mice. Their global corporate headquarters is located in Round Rock, Texas but they have operations in many different countries outside the US such as Europe, Middle East, Asia, Canada, and Japan.

In terms of risks, there are many that Dell Inc. could face. The host country is the United States and they operate out of various other countries and locations. They do business with manufacturers of technology components in other countries as well since they do not manufacture all of their technology. They also have call centers in different parts of the world as well and mostly all of the tech support employees are required to know English since they are getting calls from customers who live in the United States. Having many different relations with this many different countries is going to have its risks in terms of political, legal, and economic environment.
