INTRODUCTION

RES or Relationship Enhancement Seminar is an approach that helps a group or an organization to communicate well especially when there are conflicts and misunderstandings happening, which is really normal in an organization because of the differences of each, that destroys the closeness and friendship of each member and in a long run can affect the performance of the organization.

Every student enterprise will have RES as part of the curriculum. This seminar which is organized by the Guidance Office, can help each student enterprise to fix any misunderstandings and conflict each has. This is where each member can open up about how they feel about the other; can explain each side about a certain issue. And at the end of the seminar, each member of the enterprise will be closer and can work well with each other that can help in the success of the company.

COMPANY SUMMARY

Woof! Dog Clothes is a Cebu-based manufacturer of dog clothes. It caters primarily on lap/toy dogs. The company started on November of 2012 spearheaded by eight (8) entrepreneurship students. The idea came about when almost all of the members have dogs and are self-confessed pet parents. Discussions from dog breeds to dog food and many more led to the scarce availability of good quality clothes for dogs. The company decided just not to create clothes but to make it extra functional. With the basic structure, a d-ring is added to create a higher product value. Woof! is following a made-to-order scheme to control its inventory. All the raw materials used in producing the clothes are bought locally. A tailor is outsourced by the group to do all the sewing. He uses his own machines and does all the production in his house. The company is currently operating online using social media with accounts in Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Sulit.com and AyosDito. As of this month, nine (9) new designs were added to product list.
