Today Free Market Capitalism is in full swing. Over the past thirty years, free-market capitalism or the neoliberal model of capitalism profoundly influenced the agenda for governance and reforms in developing countries. The neoliberal order relies on the power and per- sentence of large multinational corporations domiciled in advanced economies. Even in the aftermath of the global financial crisis of 2008, these corporations have sustained their deep influence over governments and the global political economic order.

As refurbished state capitalisms expands and goes global, it is undergoing a huge transformation and encountering a new host of opportunities, benefits, obstacles and shortcomings. The world's doors are opening up like never before and the task of navigating the differences in culture, governments, currencies and individual perceptions is immense for each nation. The Internet has created communication channels across the globe allowing even small companies to do business internationally. Globalization and the international capitalism structure will emergence.

Refurbished state capitalisms claim that globalization is good for the developing nations and the world as a whole in that it brings commerce, education, jobs and money into economies that desperately need it improving the lives of the people.
