This article discusses the nutrition values of foods serving in school cafeteria. Elisabeth states that some food items are healthier than one might think. Some items on the menu are look bad and unhealthy but now baked instead of fried, and certain foods are lower in fat and sodium. The article tells how federal regulations allow parents to see what is being served in the cafeteria and allow parents to determine what their kids will have.
This article tells what parents can look for and it also list nutrition values of certain food items on the school lunch menu. I can best use this article my first section of the body in my paper where I can discuss the value of nutrition guides for parents to help them prepare their kids lunches.

These machines will be place side by side to other vending machines and allow students to decide what to get, and allow school officials to run test to see what sales.
This article tells what is being done to vending machines in schools to allow healthy foods. One company in San Diego company that supplies schools and businesses with healthy vending machine snacks and drinks. This will be very useful in my paper of the last section of the body where I discus using vendors to help market healthy foods.
