Morgan Furniture is a wholly British, design orientated business, making seating and tables for the contract market from its dedicated 4500m2 factory in Hampshire. They design and produce their furniture entirely in-house and deliver the finished product to the customers using their own fleet of vehicles. Morgan is a passionate exponent of lean manufacture and, through its actions, clearly demonstrates how this approach delivers mutual benefits for company and customer. Significant reductions in waste have produced corresponding environmental gains and cost savings for the customer while, at the same time, operational efficiency has been increased resulting in improved lead times and even higher quality of service and product to the customer.

They also achieved the BS8555 level 5 accreditation for excellent design innovation. Their achievement is due to the Morgan team which now numbers some 60 people. Morgan has a rich history of success stories that illustrate its dramatic transition from nothing to a significant force in the industry.
