Dear Pamela,

Thank you for your application. We all appreciate that. Just as you know, the company now is looking for employees to apply for new positions of telecommuting program, such technical sales, information technology and web design. Workers we need must be independent, self-motivated, and organized. So far, we receive hundreds of applications, including yours.

At this time, we offer these job opportunities to more qualified candidates who have strong communication skills that are very important for these positions. Strong communication skills are extremely significant for a successful sale and information transfer in our company. I work quite closely with you every day, and I also know your situation right now. You have to take care of your small children and some pets, and you really need this job to save your time and reschedule your plan every day. During these years, you work diligently and seem to be very popular in our company. However, I do not think I can offer this job to you. Actually we have already discussed you, but we all believe you still need some time to improve these skills and show them to us.

I do really appreciate all your efforts of this job application. We cannot offer you this job right now, but it does not mean you will never get this job. I will recommend you to take training classes in our company, and help you better prepare for the application. If you make more progress in your communication skill and prove it to us, I am glad to reconsider your application. Our company is always encouraging workers to telecommute, but only on the condition that you are well qualified.

Thank you very much. I think you will do much better in the future.

Sincerely,

Joseph Fu
