TITLE:

“Why people are switching from convectional banking towards Islamic banking for house building loan in north nazimabad”

BACKGROUND:

This topic is very important people are switching from convectional banking towards Islamic banking very fast. Peoples of north nazimabad start considering Islamic banking because it’s working effectively and differently as compare to convectional banks. There operations are very different as convectional banks, Islamic banking based on Islamic law which is (sharia’h) .Islamic law is appealing and switching point for Muslims and sharia’h start realizing us that Islamic law is much superior then ordinary one . Islamic religious law doesn’t give permission to take interest or pay. Convectional banks takes too much interest on house building loan as compare to Islamic banks and people of north nazimabad are Muslim’s and for Muslim’s to take interest or pay is totally haram .

* To Discus Principles of house building loan in convectional banking and Islamic banking

* To discus people of north nazimabad trying to be a part of Islamic banking

* How much Islamic banking penetrated in north nazimabad?

* Why people of north nazimabad preferring to take house building loan from Islamic banks rather than convectional banks?

* Is Islamic banking really Islamic?

METHOD:

Population of my project are from north nazimabad, I will conduct a survey and circulate a questionnaire and try to find out people of north nazimabad takes house building loan from convectional banks or from Islamic banks and why they are preferring to take loans from Islamic banks .
