The controversial subject that will be discussed is, should high school students receive condoms in school. The article on abc new, wrote by Robin Eisner talked about how condoms should be made available in schools for teens who are having sex. The article followed by the statement that ‘’new cases of sexually transmitted diseases in this country, 25 percent of them are in the adolescents population,’’ says Dr. David Kaplan which is the chief of adolescent medicine at the university of Colorado School of medicine in Denver. The teen will do what they feel they want to do regardless of what is available to them. I think that education need to be given to all teens, sexually active or not. This will give them the tools to make the smart choice, if they do decide to have sex...
