The chosen process has been thoroughly thought of and easy to infiltrate such matter in gaining all valuable information that will make the project a success. The process is as follows:

Determine the people to interview:

In order to determine the people to interview you have to consider the work that you need done. Selecting the right person to interview and asking them the right questions can be an advantage because you need as much information as possible to make your project successful

Establish objectives for the interview:

After determining the people that will be interviewing for the TIMS, it is needed to figure out the facts that I need to gather when the interview is conducted. Since some of the roles of the TIMS include managing students, courses and instructors this will be all placed in consideration

Develop interview questions:

Developing a list of questions to ask the interviewees will help keep track of the information needed and to avoid redundancy. The majority of who will be part of the TIMS project has a specific role to play so having specific questions for them because of said role will clarify any possible issues. Open-ended and closed-ended questions will be asked. The reason for this is, the interview questions will require opinions in the experienced position and not just on issues dealing directly with the project. However, their overall attitude will also assist on the decision making process when It comes to projects and the way that they would approach certain situations.

Prepare for the interview:

Now that the objectives are in place, it is determined who to interview and the questions are prepared, now the process can begin. Because the people to be interviewed are already employees of SCR an appropriate time has to be set up for each person so that there is no interruption in the work flow.
