The Client’s Name is Hannie Grace A. Roldan, Female, she is 19 years old and Lives in Mangcamagong, Basud, Camarines Norte. Her birthday is April 17, 1994, and she is a fourth year student taking up Bachelor of Science in Clinical Psychology in the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. She is the oldest of the 3 siblings.

A. Family

Ms. Roldan is the oldest in the siblings of four. She have good relationship with everyone in the family. High expectations are set for her being the oldest. Ms. Roldan don't have any issues about her family aside of an older sister from her father which is her half-sister to whom she have a good relationship but don't have a mother-daughter relationship to her mother. Her half-sister get well along with almost everyone but failed to make it to Ms. Roldan's mother because according to her, her half-sister always feels maltreated in the family but her mother can not do anything about it because her father would always side with her half-sister no matter what. Her half-sister brings about headache to her mother and trouble to the relationship of her parents. Because of this, she feels like the shock ‘absorber’ of the negative feelings her family had for each other. And because of this emotional burden, it affected her studies. Her grades became low, and lost the motivation to study. Eventually, she entered into a state of depression, that led her to hurting herself to “feel” something. Her mother became aware of her situation, and asked what is wrong with her. She tried to explain her problems, but according to her, her mother did not understand her.
