Problem Statement

The main question that Mr. Mallari has to answer now is the willingness of his three sons to help him to realize his dream of establishing his own assembly plant. What if his sons will not permit him to choose the right college courses for them? Or not pursuing to any engineering courses? Mr. Mallari’s decision that center on which school and which engineering courses is vital for his sons because the decision he makes would influence their life, well being and their future.

What college courses will best suit Mr. Mallari’s sons?

To be able to determine the right college courses for each of Mr. Mallari’s sons

Persuade Mr. Mallari’s sons to take the college courses their father picked for them.

Pursue Mr. Mallari’s dream to have his own well established plant

Alternative courses of Action

From the major problems, we suggest that Mr. Mallri should take into account even thesmallest detail in his business. A single mistake can ruin a perfectly crafted plan. Theanalysis part of the case analysis will provide him a simple but firm foundation of actionshe can perform in the future to sustain his current stability and to further support thescheme he is planning to implement.Mr. Andy Mallari should first consult his sons for their willingness to participate in their father’s dream of having a plant and business that will flourish the same way his riend’s business did. If they agree, he should pick the best course that would fit the personality and interest of his sons so that at some point, they will learn to love it. If at least one of them will not agree, he should at least respect their decision.
