Castle’s Family Restaurant Company is a vibrant medium sized company that owns and runs a chain of eight restaurants spread out in the northern California region. The economic recession and growing gasoline prices is the reason that the company is looking for options to save cost. The HR manager Mr. Morgan is looking for options to make his performance cost efficient through the introduction of HRIS solutions instead of visiting each restaurant on a weekly basis. It is possible that Mr. Morgan can do this by us recommending that he implement an MIS system, it can help him perform his functions properly from his office and not have to visit each restaurant on a weekly basis. This solution focuses on the performance and application tracking, communication of the HR manager and his subordinates and employees, along with the introduction of effective information security system that will protect the data shared within the company from breaches. The introduction of the recommend HRIS solution can help Mr. Morgan enhance his performance while the company saves money.

The company considers options to enhance its marketing performance, the introduction of cost-efficient strategy opens opportunities for the company to reach its goals and enhance its marketing performance. With the money that is saved from traveling to and from each store location it allows the company to focus on many different aspects that go into running a restaurant.
