Che’s Grill is owned by Jay Smith as a sole proprietorship. This business model was selected for tax reasons and because of limited risk of liability. For the foreseeable future the company will remain a sole proprietorship.

Che’s Grill is managed by Cherno Ebrima Cham who is also the sole owner.

Experience and training of each of the Company owners and principles

Cherno Ebrima Cham is the founding owner of Che's Grill. Cherno Ebrima Cham has worked for 20 years in the fast food industry. He completed his training as a short order cook in 1992. Cherno worked as a chef in many popular restaurants and spent the last 8 years managing a popular restaurant. During this period he also completed a business management certificate at State College.
