The SLRMC’s CEO Colin David had a meeting about using six sigma to organize the company and lead benefits, patient services, quality assessment, financial management and human resources is the key areas that Six Sigma could lead to significant benefits. But they had not thought of how to introduce to staff and physicians, or how to manage the initiative. And Colin decided to call a consultant to help.
