Influence of learning style and personality type in communication

The learning process is an individual activity. Learning can be difficult, complex and for different people it is a difficult process. It can present

different challenges because individuals process information in different ways. The benefits of knowing the learning and personality type is that you are

going to be more focused and successful in the communication. Some of the learning styles are as follows below.

Interpersonal Intelligence, they have the skill to establish communication with other really easy; they can understand peoples reaction better than

other type of intelligence. Their social skills are social senility (concern for others), social influential (persuade and influence others),

Interpersonal work (skilled at work requiring). They understand people really easy because they have high communication skills. With these people you do

not really need a strategy to get their attention to communicate with them.

Logical-Mathematical, the best way that they learn is by numbers, they enjoy being challenged with numbers, games that involves strategy, strong

mathematic skills. Most of them have a thinker personality.

Bodily-Kinesthetic, they learn best by muscular movement and touch, they are good with sports they remember things through their body. They usually

have an adventurous personality. The best way to communicate with them is touching them, taking them somewhere where you can have activity or only

taking them for a walk.
