Enclosed is our company’s analysis of the Texas A&M San Antonio on-line registration process. This report is a summary of the current process and recommendations for improvement as of summer 2010. This report will aid in the implementation of changes that would make for a leaner process with minimal failures associated with the current site.

The “Texas A&M Registration Process” proposal begins with a step-by-step evaluation of the current online registration process. The proposal then explores possible explanations as to why these failures occur. And lastly, the assessment ends with a proposed system that will not only aid students in registering but also help ease faculty workloads.
