Introduction

In this booklet I will be explaining the guidelines that have been set up by the UK government for the people so they can have a healthy and balanced meals so they can be healthy. Also what are the special requirement and preparation that need to be looked at when serving patients in a hospital and their staff.

UK government guidelines for a healthy diet

The UK governments have made guideline specifically for children and pregnant women separately because they understand that their body need different amount of nutrients and proteins than others. They also have made a specific guideline for average people.
