Abstract

There have been some serious issues that have occurred in our organization and there are some serious fixing that is needed for the company. After reading this paper there will be a understanding of how the company should go about implementing some better organizational development processing. There will be the explanation of long and short-term strategies and the impact of the resources.

Organizational Development Process Skills

Organizational development process is when there is an identification of the problems that the company is having. These problems are so serious that there has to be some process on how the problems should be taking care of. There is a process that takes place when trying to make your company satisfactory. The stages that should be followed are so important because you want to make sure that organization is taken the right approach towards the problem. This process truly only ends when the desired level of development is obtained (Organizational Development Process, 2010).

The organizational development process will begin when there is an organization that recognizes that there is a problem within the company that will impact their mission or health of their organization. Some organizations do not wait until they see a problem to start the organizational development process. They may begin the change when the leadership has a vision for the improvement of the organization. The organization will desire a change to make their business better. The decision to change is followed by assessing the situation in order to understand it. There are different ways to do the assessment including interviewing, surveying, and reviews.
