* Social Service Organization mainly working in South 24 Parganas having a very good community Rapport.

* Have 30+ of social service experience and specially 12 years of experience working in eye sector.

* Is a leading NGO in West Bengal.

* Has pool of dedicated resources who work wholeheartedly for the community.

* Weaknesses:

* Works mostly in Rural Areas.

* Lack in skilled staff to carry out specific tasks.

* Mostly depends upon donors to carry out activities.

* Opportunities:

* A very good opportunity to work in Urban Slums and understand Urban Perspective.

* Can have Visibility in Urban areas also.

* Can provide better to the community with respect to the partners for its commitment towards the society.

* Threats:

* Like minded Organizations working in the same field provide more services.

* Cost of services increasing day by day.

* Shortage of funds to provide best of the services to the community.
