Biblical Integration

After reading the book of Proverbs it gave me a clear understanding of what to expect when living a life of wisdom, integrity, and diligence. Proverbs is a book from the Old Testaments basically based upon giving knowledge to the young and to make the wise one wiser. The verses personally speak to me on wisdom when I am coping with the changes that are going on in the world today. The distractions in the world made me wiser and give me a closer relationship with God. Being blessed with such wisdom helps avoid trouble in the streets, in my relationship, at work, and at home. God gives wisdom to those who want to live up to his standards and having a connection with him.

Living a life of integrity means living in what you believe in, living a honest life, trusting others, and loving others. After reading Proverbs I found out what it meant to live a life of integrity, all the time I was living the way I wanted to live instead of the way God planned for me. If the world had more people full of integrity it would be a better place. God wants us to always be happy, and to always strive for the best in life. I will always be honest with myself and put forth effort to keep my family happy and my actions will always show that I am a man of Integrity.

Living a life of diligence means being the best at whatever we are doing. The book of proverbs personally speaks to me when I am doing an everyday task, and seems to lose interest. I am a very busy person I’m a great husband to my wife, a great father to my kids, a learning full time student, and a full time supervisor at my job, so being a person of diligence means a lot to me. God values those that are diligence and makes time to things the right way even if sacrifices have to be made. I look toward the verse “All hard work brings a profit, but mere talk leads only to poverty.” Proverbs (14;2)3.

These verses can be applied to my educational pursuits in relations to time management and academic integrity...
