Question I: Do you believe globalization is inevitable? Summarize the three viewpoints and how the viewpoint selected by a CEO might impact how the CEO plans for the company’s future.

Nowadays, globalization becomes more and more important in the international business. In my opinion, I believe that the globalization is inevitable because globalization brings to human many benefits such as knowledge, developing more and more science, good exchange and culture exchange,… Base on globalization, human develops many things for society such as air-plans, improving the human life,… Through globalization, the human society has develops very fast from last 02 centuries to now. Till now, there are many organizations to grow up the globalization such as WTO, WHO, World Bank,…

If I am a CEO, I must make the big plan and big view points and consider carefully about globalization factor for the future vision of my company. Firstly, I must define clearly the vision and mission of company. We must define and draw company picture in future. Where will my company be in the world market? These visions and missions must be noticed to all staffs of company to ensure that every one in company knows clearly what company will do and what they will do. It is the key point to ensure everyone thinks and does the same ways to the success of company.

Conclusion, globalization continues growing days by bays. It pushes the development of human society. All of company must know this factor to take a chance to make their business more successfully.
