Development Plan

The following plan was develop in order to manage the team more effectively by knowing the type of style of each member, that way will be awareness of the areas to improve and determinate the strengths and opportunities of the Learning Team C. According with the results of DISC assessment, every one of us share a different style, these results will allow to determinate the most effective way to motivate, communicate and delegate responsibilities to each member.

Every style have different characteristics that can help or drag the team, the porpoise of this plan is to develop the best action to follow to accomplish the weekly goals, I will start taking about my style, as a dominant person one of my motivation is to win, be always on the top and have public recognition I tend to choose the paths and option that eventually will give me a best probability of success, I prefer to talk directly and focus on the subject of matter, to establish a time frame for any task is priority. To lead this team I will give suggestions and will encourage the positive participation of each one.

The cautious member of this this will have more responsibilities for assignments with more complexity, based on the information obtained by the DISC cautious type tend to be more rational and likes to analyses, the others members of the team will provide him with all the information necessary for him to accomplish his task and make the best decision, all the communication and approach to him will be indirect, formal and well organized by email with all the information that we can provide, all the compliments to him will public that way other members will notice his participation.
