Senior Teller & Credit Risk Analyst

As a Senior Teller and Credit Risk Analyst you have to interact with a lot of various types of people. The characteristics for both positions do not vary a whole lot to be successful. You would like to see both positions have a low locus of control, in return you would receive a person that has higher E-P and P-O and thus, they have higher motivation.
