The process of business management of divided into four specific functions; in this regard, we must say that managers are responsible for carrying out this process that it is planning, what means that managers must plan in advance all of the goals that the company intends, and to do so must use some method of planning of strategies. The organization is based in the process of ordering and distributing different jobs between hierarchical levels and resources and, at the same time, between all the members of a company, so all work together so that the company can achieve the Marbles that are proposed in terms of their organization.

The address implies order, influence and motivates each employee having the company so that they engage in the essential tasks; in this regard, it is important to note that the relationships and time are fundamental elements to be able to carry out a good address. Finally, another of the most important elements in the process of the management of companies is the control that serves for safer real activities that are carried out in the enterprise, are consistent and can conform to scheduled tasks.

On the other hand, we must mention that the objectives proposed in the management of companies consist of producing goods and services, get personal profits, achieving a survival with respect to competition posed by the business sector, maintain growth and constant evolution and make the company profitable. If we make a definition somewhat more technical on the concept of business management, then we must say that the management of companies is defined as all activities of management and administration is carried out in a company.
