Scenario 1: Executive Summary

The security team for today’s football game will consist of one security manager, two supervisors, 12 security officers, and four off-duty police officers will be providing coverage. The ultimate goal of all officers working the event is to provide a safe, enjoyable, and secure environment. There should be a minimal of two security officers controlling each access gate and off-duty police officers will be roving in and around perimeter of the football game. Each officer will carry a hand held radio on his or her persons and report any suspicious activity, crimes, and all emergencies to security management. Only the off-duty police officers will be allowed to be armed and make any arrests if necessary.

Each person gaining entry or re-entering at an access gate will visually be check and every baggage will physically be inspected. Every male and female will be check by metal detector swan and individual pat-downs solely conducted on all males. Any weapons found on a person will immediately be seized and refused admittance and police called to the scene. All persons attending the football game will wait quietly and patiently in an orderly fashion. If the crowd becomes chaotic for any reason before gaining entry, no persons will be allowed to enter until the situation is resolved by security officers. All officers should prepared to confront and question individual if he or she become problematic.

Every person at the event should know he or she are safe and convenient. If a person comes to an officer with a complaint needs to be addressed at that moment. A security officer may only detain a person if he or she witness or someone seen the suspect committing a crime will call for an off-duty police officer to make the arrest and remove from the property by law enforcement agency.
