DECREE OF MARRIAGE DISSOLUTION

7/11/2011

Family Law: PA250-02

STATE OF INDIANA

COUNTY OF MARION

IN RE THE MARRIAGE OF

Patty Bean,

And David Bean.

The Court, having heard evidence on the verified Petition for Dissolution of Marriage, filed in this cause on March 5, 2011, and now being duly advised in the premises; FINDS:

(1) That residency requirements of Public Law 297 have been proven; (2) That a Motion for Custody has been filed upon interest by David Bean; (3) That 2 children were born to the marriage and that no other children are expected; (4) That a Separation Agreement has been entered into by and between the parties to the marriage and has been submitted to the Court for approval, and the Court now finds that said agreement is fair and equitable and was entered into freely and voluntarily by both parties; (5) That the allegations of the verified Petition are true and that the existing marital relationship between both parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved; (6) That Patty’s former name Smith should be stored. (6) Legal and Physical custody of children must be determined under Indiana Code 31-17-2-8 regarding the “best interest” factors; (7) Insurance provisions will be determined based around the stability of which party has a more secure job and the difference in salary.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, by the Court, that the marriage of Patty Bean and David Bean be and hereby is dissolved.

That the Patty Bean’s former name of Smith be and hereby is restored.

That the Separation Agreement enetered into by the parties of the marriage, dated March 5, 2011, be incorporated in, and become a part of his Decree of Marriage Dissolution, and the parties to the Separation Agreement are now ordered by the Court to comply fully with its terms and provisions until further order of the Court.

SO ORDERED this 5th day of March, 2011.
