Applying ANOVA and Nonparametric Test Simulation

The three lessons that I learned when I did the simulation were that you need to first analyze the situation. When one analyzes the situation they have to sit back and look at the big picture see the situation from all angles and everyone’s point of view. The second lesson that I learned was to determine the cause of the delay. This means that once the situation has been analyzed one should be able to see all the problems that are causing delays in the company or the situation. The third and final lesson that I learned was to suggest process improvements. This means to suggest any improvement that one feels can be made or should be made should be suggested.

As a result of the simulation I did not see any concepts and analytic tools that I would be able to use in the workplace. I conducted the simulation over and over to see if may be was doing something wrong but I could not find anything that I could use in my line of work. The only thing that I felt would be vital to the workplace would be when we are looking at the charts and graphs to the strengths and weakness we could reject or accept new and old methods. I think that I may have to go over the simulation two or three more times to see if I can get a better understanding from it.

Based on my experience the additional information that I would recommend to the key decision maker in the simulation to solve the challenge given would be evaluate the situation from all angles and see what is causing the delays on products. The decision maker would also need to talk the client to see what makes them happy and what does not make happy, because in order to run an successful business you have to keep the client satisfied. This goes to the old saying “the...
