How to Write a Report

Dear students,

The following are applicable to all students of ITM regarding the self-reflection report, unless otherwise specified:

- The deadline of the report is Friday, Dec 6th 2013 at 4:30pm. This deadline is for the students to submit their files to their tutorial monitors. Any later submission should be submitted directly to fmt.itm@gmail.com(1). The monitors shall compress all reports of their tutorial into a zipped file and submit to fmt.itm@gmail.com no later than 12:00pm (midnight) Friday, Dec 6th, 2013 with the email subject of "Reflection - tut number" and the file name of "Reflection - tut number.zip". For example "Reflection - Tut 3 BA12" and "Reflection - Tut 3 BA12.zip". Late submission of the monitor will result in 0 of the monitor and 10% deduction of all other members of the tutorial.

- (1)If students submit the report directly to fmt.itm@gmail.com, the email subject should be "Relfection - tutorial number - student ID - student full name", for example "Reflection - Tut 3 BA12 - 1204000012 - Nguyen Van A". All direct submissions will be subjected to late submission penalty. 

- The report should be named Tutorial number - student ID - student full name.docx", for example "Tut 3 BA12 - 1204000012 - Nguyen Van A.doc"

- Each tutorial's monitors shall create a list of topics & articles of each class to make sure no source can be used more than once in that tutorial(This policy does not apply on Ms. Hang's tutorial) and submit with the report submission above. The list should follow the form attached to this notice.

- The report should be submitted under MS Word version, with the name of "Tutorial name - Student ID - student full name.docx".

- The file should be page numbered, font Time New Roman, size 12, alignment of justify, line spacing1.5.

- The time limitation of 10 years of the references are now removed (except Ms. Hang's tutorials).
