Roles and Behaviors |

Entrepreneurs | The entrepreneur has the energy, creativity and motivation that trigger the production and sale of new products and services. The entrepreneur undertakes the risk of the enterprise in search of profit and who seeks opportunities to profit by satisfying as yet unsatisfied needs. The entrepreneur establishes a business organization of different forms that takes advantage of the opportunities in the environment such as commercial opportunities, occupational opportunities, and organizational. Entrepreneurs seek disequilibrium--a gap between the wants and needs of customers and the products and services currently available. The entrepreneur then brings together the factors of production necessary to produce, offer, and sell desired products and services. They invest and risk their money--and other people's money--to produce a product or service that can be sold at a profit. |

Managers | Trusted and motivated people are hired by the entrepreneur and skilled to run the business. It is mainly about how they invest and develop human resources that are new. They need to be supportive and encouraging to motivate employees effectively but managers need to retain a fair degree of control over what is done and how it is achieved in order for maximizing efficiency.They will be paid a higher salary and rewards upon the profitability and revenue of the goals met within a quarter. The managers have four specific functions within a business controlling, planning, organizing, and leading. When all four functions are performed, it will help determine how effective the company is.
