Abstract
This paper intends to give a broad description of the health risks, environmental effects and the economic impact of GMO's (genetically modified organisms) around the world. The constant fight from different groups against the few, not to say 3 or 4, companies that have monopolized the market of transgenic food. There are studies that show the damage that GMO’s are causing in our health and the environment.
