The Daily Maintenance of a Common Dryer

Although some suppliers said that the moisture content can be less than 30% at most, according to our past years’ actual experience, the real story is that the moisture content usually is about 40%-50%. Even if the moisture content is about 30%, it is still too wet to be packed it into bag for long time storage. If we pack the moisture content about 30% chicken manure into bag for some days, the chicken manure will harden in lumps.

Most of the dried sawdust goes out through the outlet of the sawdust dryers, and still there are some fine powder together with the water vapour going into the cyclone. In the cyclone, the fine sawdust powder is separated from the water vapour. The fine sawdust powder falls down and goes out from the bottom of the cyclone, and the water vapour leaves the cyclone through the top pipe, and then goes into atmosphere.
