Comparo: 2014 Maserati Quattroporte S V6 vs Jaguar XJ V6 Supercharged

Maserati had come up with its 2014 Maserati Quattroporte S V6 while the jaguar has arrived with the all new Jaguar XJ V6 Supercharged. Both of them are absolute luxury sedans with great exterior looks and interiors. Here we are having a short comparison between the two beauties.

Both of the cars are long or we can say extra-long in shape and length. Both the luxury sedans are also having sleek and aggressive front ends with a sporty detailing on them, which are a bit on the odds considering the size of the vehicles. Though the Jaguar is having a slight edge here with a bit more of the styling at least in the profile view. From the inside, both the cars are ridiculously spacious and roomy. The brands have emphasized more on the rear space comfort. Both of the cars are also having much leather inside along with features like, LCD screens, metallic trimmings and other premium touches.

In terms of performance, the Maserati is having a clear advantage with its 3.0 liter turbocharged V6 engine which delivers 404 hp and 550 Nm of torque as compared to jaguar’s 3.0 litre supercharged V6 engine which delivers 340 hp and 450 Nm of torque. It’s a surprise that both the cars can go up to 0-100 kph within 5.9 seconds. Overall, both stands their very own places quality and comfort.
