Earlier known as Pepsi Cola Company founded in 1898, PepsiCo was the result of a successful merger of Pepsi Cola with Frito Lay in 1965. Headquartered in Purchase, New York, with Research and Development Headquarters in Valhalla, PepsiCo is into manufacturing and marketing a range of carbonated and non-carbonated beverages, salty, sweet and grain-based snacks, and other foods.

PepsiCo is a Fortune 500 American multinational with the net revenue of more than US $43 billion and over 198000 employees in 2009. PepsiCo owned 5 different billion dollar brands namely:
