Discuss the marketing plan insights P&G has gained through its Vietnamese marketing studies.

Procter & Gamble Co, were able to use numerous of marketing strategies to attract many Vietnamese. One of the first marketing strategies the company used was to figure out who their target audience would be. In the article it states how P&G decided it would be best to start off targeting their audience while they were young. Another strategy the company used was to show the many different products the company has to offer in order for their target audience to see the many products they have. By doing these strategies, the company was able to find out how their products could satisfy their target customers.

How influential are those discoveries in the development of P&G's strategy to enter the Vietnamese market?

For example, by observing and doing research, the company discovered it would be profitable to have a product such as Febreze for many of the people in Vietnam who use motorbikes as transportation and must use a helmet. By showing their audience what Febreze can be used for, the company gained many more customers. These strategies are influential to get into the market into Vietnam, because it helped not only the company to get more insight into their next target audience, but they were able to build up their trust with the people of Vietnam.

In developing a marketing plan, identify the characteristics of the marketing plan that P&G should implement to boost performance?

There are many characteristics of a marketing plan, including researching, financial information, distribution overview, and communication. All of these characteristics are very good for a company in order to attract more customers to their company.
