“FEMINISM IN THE FRANKENSTEIN NOVEL”

Feminism is simply put as how women struggle to have the same rights and opportunities as men. When one is focuses on the ancient culture and literature, it gets to a point where we question at the same time interpret ideologies in our society. Feminism at times leads to people living differently questioning their gender and its role. In the novel Frankenstein, Mary Shelly tries to incorporate responses to feminist issues. It is evident when one is reading the novel set in the nineteenth century where the society norm portrayed men and women in different sectors that are men take part in the public while women take part in the domestic sector.
