WORKFORCE INVESTMENT
The company is investing in workforce of the employees to gain the employees knowledge, skills, and even in their career. The company also invests in their workforce with an objective to earn profit. The ultimate goal of investment is to develop the workforce. Workforce development means developing the people in the organization to improve their way of delivering the product, services and activities.
WHY WORKFORCE INVESTMENT IS NEEDED?
The workforce investment is needed to develop the company’s infrastructures and the company’s employee status.
The company is also investing in their workforce to face their competition.
The investment in the workforce of the employees will increase the company’s production.
