Sophia is an average ten-year-old girl who attends third grade. She spends the afternoons at home with her older brother, and hasn’t had any prior nutrition education. She attends a 30 minute P.E. class at her school twice a week, but otherwise is relatively inactive. Sophia is 4’9” tall and weighs 100 pounds. Her birthday is October 10, 2002.

Save both the Nutrient Report and the Food Group and Calories Report as Word docs. Upload the two reports and your answers to the following questions into the appropriate dropbox area.
