Industrial revolution has brought to the international business today. Industrial revolution was the transition to new mass manufacturing process from the hand production for daily consumptions. Besides, industrial revolution also showed the usage of machines, new chemical manufacturing and iron production process, improved efficiency of the water power and the increased use of steam power and the development of machine tools.

The industrial Revolution marks the improvement of the living standard of the populations. The average income exhibit sustained growth. Before the revolution, it was a custom to many people to earn a living working within the families. Majority are in the agricultural industry, owning their farm. As the era of industrial revolution, new machinery grew larger it become a norm for people to work outside the home at a factory. The industrialization is said to be the contributing factor of the urbanization in society. The advancement in technology has enabled the mass manufacturing of products. Thus, international trading can be carried out.

The textile industry was popular in that era and was common working place for the citizens. With the beginning of industrial revolution, here comes the economic revolution. Through the progression of technology, transportation is much easier. The populations are more accessible to another place. Train that generated by steam power was an invention during the industrial revolution resulting the nation to be more connected. Thus, there is social mobility and the citizens have the right to choose for a job and request for reasonable minimum wage. However, child labour is still common as they faced intense competitions and would have to settle a lower than their desired amount of wages.
