Describe the significance of those letters to you:

My letters are ISFJ which it states that ISFJ “are warm and sensitive; being quiet, they’ll be there for a friend but won’t push. ISFJs identify with other easily and approach their problems with care and willingness to get involved. Being practical and organized, they use their warmth to provide help in realistic ways. They are dependable and conscientious”. I would state that this would be very true with me; I have always been the type of person that is willing to help another person before I would ever ask for help for myself. I have always tried to be a very independent person and tried to be their when asked to be.

discuss why these are significant

Introversion: to me this are people who are, very self-aware, enjoyable being around, keeping emotions private, being quiet, learns through observation.

Sensing: I try to keep my opinions on my sense, of what I know and what I have seen. I try to keep everything very basic instead of very challenging. I have taken math classes and learned that math should be kept very simple like a puzzle problem instead of keeping it complicated. If I don’t like my common sense I normally won’t do it.

Feelings: This is my biggest one on my bar graph, I try to show my feelings more than what the description tries to claim. I am a very sensitive person and try to treat everyone equal and also treat everyone with trust.

Judging: I don’t try to judge others unless someone gives me a reason to judge them. I try to keep my judging to myself.

What does this imply for your natural strengths/preferences and potential blind spots in life as a leader

I feel that these four attributes are very correct which are very surprising. I normally don’t like to go by self-assessments because they are normally incorrect about me. I don’t feel that these are blind spots because these are what make a person a great person. I also feel that these are...
