Troubleshooting Installation

A computer technician must be familiar with troubleshooting different operating system issues.

Scenario One

As a support technician for a small company, your job is to support the company’s employees and personal computers (PCs). Ben, a coworker, approaches you with a problem. For some reason, the Microsoft® Windows® 7 operating system is not booting correctly on his computer. If this has not fixed the issue the next best thing is to just reinstall your windows, all you need is the startup disc and you can restart the computer. It will load the boot up screen after it...
