Salary 12,000 per Month

At least 1x years of relevant experience ,Knowledge of Early Child Education

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

▪ Establishment of early Child education rooms for Play group or pre-nursery.

▪ Designing of Psychosocial activities for ECE Children.

▪ Design and implement student-centered activities and ensure that students are actively involved and perform well.

▪ Develop different teaching aids and use effectively to maximize students’ learning

▪ Ensure the classroom friendly environment and free choice activities for children in order to foster and develop confidence.

▪ Design and arrange co-curricular activities weekly and monthly to enhance students’ learning and participation in learning process.

▪ Arrange different indoor games for creating the interest of children.

▪ Participate/Conduct meetings with parents (monthly and need based) regarding students’ interest, performance, and other related suggestion.

▪ Ensure that all the students come on time, and maintain the attendance Register and other relevant documents properly.

▪ Assist with the head teachers in planning and implementation of enrollment enhancement activities to minimize the dropout rate ratio/ motive parents to send their children to schools

▪ Participate in all capacity building program, training/workshop and exposure visits

▪ Make proper record of all the materials (teaching aids, register books, stationeries, text books and other supplies) and use properly

▪ staying up to date with changes and developments in the structure of the curriculum;

▪ Liaising with colleagues and working flexibly;
