Absract

Fresh water scarcity is an issue that confuses many countries for years and require effective methods to resolve it. According to different ways such as internet, books and experts, the research comes up with the solution to address the problem. Diversion Project and Birth Control is implemented by Chinese government as a way reduce the population and allocate the resource and there are also some chemical and biological methods. The research prove that original method has disadvantages, thus experts have to change their mind and discover more effective approaches. Further researches need to be done by experts to generate greatest way, which benefits teh whole world.

1.0 Introduction

The purpose of this research is trying to figure out the solutions that address the problem that scarcity is prevaling in some countries, China for instance. The survival of all ecosystems necessarily require the fresh water as an important natural resource. Water chemistry is a two-edged sword, because it blends with chemical components that do harm to human body, meanwhile, its methods actually play some effective roles resolving scarcity in China. In China, the supply of fresh water mainly derived from rivers and lakes, surface water, underground water and glacier melting water. Yellow River, Yangtze River and some other lakes are the main resource as well as snow mountains in northwest of China.
